These Terms govern use of Tesla Energy Tracker. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Independent third-party service

Tesla Energy Tracker is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla and related product names and marks belong to their respective owner.

Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to accept these Terms and authorized to access every Tesla account and energy product you connect. You may not use the service to access another person's information without permission.

Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful personal or business reporting involving energy products you are authorized to access. You may not misuse authorization, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, automate excessive requests, introduce malicious code, or use the service in violation of Tesla's terms or applicable law.

Account connection

Authentication is provided by Tesla. You are responsible for protecting your Tesla account and devices. Disconnect the application and revoke third-party access if you suspect unauthorized use.

Reports and data accuracy

Reports are generated from information returned by Tesla. Values may be delayed, incomplete, rounded, unavailable, or affected by product configuration. Reports are informational and should not be treated as billing, engineering, tax, safety, or emergency records.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting conditions, Tesla service availability, API limits, regional restrictions, or other conditions outside our control.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, or opportunity; energy-system operation; or decisions made from reports. Some jurisdictions do not permit all limitations, so portions may not apply to you.

Third-party services and advertising

The service depends on Tesla, hosting, and potentially advertising or consent providers. Those providers have separate terms and privacy practices. Advertising does not constitute an endorsement by Tesla Energy Tracker.

Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect at any time. Access may be limited or terminated for security, abuse, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
