About Tesla Energy Tracker
Tesla Energy Tracker is an independent reporting tool for owners of compatible Tesla energy products. It turns detailed energy readings into readable summaries and downloadable reports without asking users to share their Tesla passwords.
Why it exists
Tesla energy systems produce valuable information about solar generation, household consumption, grid interaction, Powerwall behavior, backup events, and charging. Raw readings can be difficult to review over longer periods. This service organizes those readings into reports that are easier to read, archive, and analyze.
What the service provides
- Current solar, home, grid, battery, and state-of-charge information made available by Tesla.
- Energy-history summaries for a selected period or date range.
- Backup-event reports with formatted outage dates and durations.
- Wall Connector charging reports with readable timestamps and durations.
- Site-information exports that preserve nested component and configuration details.

Independent operation
Tesla Energy Tracker is independently operated and is not a Tesla product. Tesla, Powerwall, Wall Connector, and related marks are owned by Tesla, Inc. Authorization and energy information are provided through Tesla's official third-party application interfaces.
Our approach
The project is designed around clear reporting, limited data use, user-controlled authorization, and straightforward exports. Advertising, if enabled, will not be used to sell Tesla account or energy information.
