Disconnect and delete application data
You can end the Tesla Energy Tracker session and remove the associated encrypted OAuth session from this service.
Disconnect this browser session
- Open the Tesla Energy Tracker dashboard in the browser where you connected.
- Select Disconnect at the top of the page.
- The application deletes the encrypted server-side session associated with that browser and clears its session cookie.
Revoke access through Tesla
Disconnecting removes the session from Tesla Energy Tracker. To independently prevent the application from receiving new Tesla access, also use Tesla's account or application controls to revoke third-party application access. Tesla's interface and wording may change, so consult Tesla's current third-party app instructions.
Automatic expiration
Encrypted OAuth sessions expire no later than 30 days after authorization. Expired sessions are rejected and removed by the application.
Downloaded files
PDF, CSV, and JSON reports are downloaded directly to your device. Delete those files using your device's file manager if you no longer want them. Tesla Energy Tracker does not maintain a server-side report archive.
Request assistance
If you cannot access the browser used to connect, email teslaenergytracker@gmail.com. Include enough information to locate the request, but do not send your Tesla password, OAuth token, client secret, or private key.
What deletion does not control
This process does not delete information held independently by Tesla, the hosting provider's security logs, advertising providers, or files already saved to your devices. Those parties and systems have their own retention rules.
